Being an empath in NYC can be challenging. Believe me,  I’ve lived here my entire life. Especially being in crowded places it can be very overwhelming. One thing for sure I’ve learned was to leave anything and everything behind that gives off negative energy. No matter who the person is (family/best friends) NO! this doesn’t mean you are better than them, It just means you’ve opened a gateway where lower frequencies aren’t allowed in your life anymore.
