Summer is the best time to start working out (at least for me). Thanks to Fitbit, I had the privilege of trying out their Fitbit Charge HR for the past 2 months. It’s showed me positive results. My health has improved greatly and I’ve lost 3 inches on my waist. We meet again size 33 waist. Also, I get to see pretty cool sceneries that NYC has to offer.
Fitbit starts you off at 10,000 steps a day. Before you know it, you’ll have a few thousand steps accumulated every day. You always want to push yourself a little more after you know what you can accomplish. Fitbit also gives you the ability to challenge your other friends and stay up to date with their workouts. Challenging your friends has never been easier. How many steps/miles do you want to surpass them today?
With the built-in heart-rate monitor, it’s much easier to keep track while you’re doing exercise.
I’ve listed my weekly data and you can clearly see I had a great start in the beginning, but as the weeks went by I slowly started to diminish my workouts. Your weekly workout progress comes with a complete read-out, from your steps, sleeping monitor, heart rate readout, incline report. You can also track your weight, measure your hydration intake, log your food.
Overall Fitbit is an awesome device that can keep a record of all your workouts and the built-in heart-rate monitor is a plus! The only problem I saw with the device was the battery life was too short. An average of 3-4 days per recharge. Other than that minor detail, Fitbit has helped me loose 15 pounds and made me a much happier person. Both inside and out. I highly recommend Fitbit for all your weight loss needs. Now let’s go out for a jog!!
